This recipe is simple and delicious! The salsa is incredible for other foods as well - even tortilla chips. I use veal medallions or scallopini - and adjust cooking time.

The veal came out tender and very tasty. It was in the skillet for about two minutes per side, and it was thicker than a quarter inch, so time to taste. Yum!!!!!
