This is a good recipe. Unfortunately, in the instructions, the guava was not mention at after the pastry was completely baked. How should the guava be filled from the pastry bag into the the finish pastry???

Mr. Vals is the owner of 2 large chains of Cuban restuarants in Miami where they make excellent pastelitos. No need to make them in Miami but excellent recipe for all those unfortunate souls that do not live in Miami.
