    These are delicious. This kind of cooking is one of the things I miss most about living in the south. Best wishes to Louis and Jennifer at Maggie's Pickle Cafe. Next time I'm in Hot Springs, I'll be sure to stop in and say Howdy!

    I was trying to find a recipe for "fried pickles" and the next day..the show came on..featuring Maggies Pickle Cafe..! This is a great recipe..! I didn't try them with the ranch dressing..but next time I will..!!!

    Sumptuous, crisp and flavorful. Sparkly in your mouth, with a rainbow of flavors. Had them at the restaurant and they were even better. Definitely worth the trip! And I live a thousand miles away.
