- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
- 1-ounce white vinegar
- 1 ounce hoisin sauce
- 1-ounce sesame oil
- 2 center cut pork chops, 6 ounces each
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Preheat a wood-fire grill. Brush the pork chops with the glaze and cook over the wood-fire grill.
