I love key lime pie and I have tasted a few pies that weren't very good, either too tart or too sweet. This recipe is PERFECT- not too tart or too sweet. It was very easy to make, juicing the limes was a bit time consuming, the next time as there will be a next time, I will use a juicer. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Delicious! Easy to prepare. Filling firms up nicely. I didn't have enough fresh key lime juice so I added some lime concentrate, reducing the total amount of liquid by about 1/4 which seemed perfect for filling to firm up. not sure if it would firm up as well had i used the full lime juice specified in recipe. A winner!

This recipe was great! It wasn't too sweet. The only problem that I had was that the crust was hard. Are there any tricks for juicing the key limes?

Two things must have in Florida Keys: Stone crab and Key Lime pie.
- Store bought pie-crust $1.99
- A 4oz. bottle of Sicilia 100% Key Lime Juice (yield 1/2 cup $.99
- One biggest lime you can get from the store for the zest
- Eggs and condensed milk as recipe
My first pie was tasted so good and priceless.

This receipe is very easy and wonderful. I often find key lime pie to be too sweet. But this one is the perfect blend of tart and sweet. I took it to a dinner party the first time I made it and was very pleased. There wasn't a crumb left! This one's will be part of my permanent collection.

I have now made this recipe 3 times and I will definatly make it again. I loved it as did my family. If you don't have much time and want to cheat of the fresh squeezed lime juice, using re-squeezed lime juice tastes good too.

i made the whole recipe without the use of an electric mixer, and it turned out great. keep it in the freezer to make it extra cold! i also cut up lime wheels into triangles as garnish per slice with a dollop of whipped topping. can't wait to make it again

I've made this 4 or 5 times, and get rave reviews each time. The graham cracker crust is delicious! You must serve this with the homemade whipped cream...it really takes it over the top! The best recipe I've ever found for key lime pie!
