    Had leftover lobster... imagine that... and used 2 tails, 5 claws with meat from the "arms" too, Instead of scallions, 6 chives from NY Sept herb garden and made 6 cakes. Used juice of one lemon and fresh jalapeno in sauce. I can't wait to make these again... when lobsters are on sale!

    these loster cakes were great. I just added one lemon zest and Lime Zest with the jucies for the cakes.
