It was awesome. Didn't see the recipe for stuffing so just ignored it. Also used milk with some flour instead of cream because I didn't have it. Was still fabulous!!!! Will definitely make it all again.

I've made this numberous times, always excellent! I cut back on the heavy cream, makes the sauce a lot tastier, brings out the flavors of the dijon & wine more!!! My FAVORITE dish!!!
