This is a great recipe. I also added a tbsp of Better than Bullion Beef to a 1/4 cup of warm water when I mixed everything up. I then left it in the bowl in the fridge for a couple of hours to get "happy". I can't wait for the leftovers tomorrow.

My family can't get enough of this meatloaf. I love the mustard glaze on top instead of standard ketchup. I also make it a little healthier by substituting italian turkey sausage and low fat milk (you can even use 1/2 & 1/2 if you want to go a little better, and it still turns out amazing. It is always moist and full of flavor. I think the key is finding a really flavorful turkey sausage.

I needed a recipe for meatloaf that would feed a large crowd at my Bible Study & this one sounded interesting. I did add some finely chopped celery and carrots & doubled the recipe. It was fantastic. Everyone raved and I ended up giving the recipe to about 10 of the women. It's a keeper.
