Ingredients
- 5 pounds ground beef
- 4 eggs
- 1 large package stuffing mix
- 1 tablespoon grated garlic
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (20-ounce) can tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 cup ketchup
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients except ketchup together in a large bowl until just combined. With your hands, form 20 individual football-shaped loaves. Place loaves in a large cake pan or baking sheet. Spread a layer of ketchup, as thick as desired, over each loaf. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until fully cooked through.

My kids loved this and husband. I did not add the salt and used v8 juice. It was very good and not to salty.

I REALLY DID ENJOY THIS MEATLOAF. IT WAS MOIST AND FLAVORFUL. I'VE MADE IT TWICE THE SECOND TIME I ADDED GREEN PEPPERS TO IT.
