Very good recipe! I did however add some sweet onion into the saute phase, I love onions, and I used a few more mushrooms for the same reason.
If anything, I would make clearer number of servings, and emphasize the need to start the stock early. I think garlic would be great in this too. Great, and easily adaptable to personal taste, recipe!!
I had asparagus with it and it was a very good complement.
