This recipe was pretty good, but not perfect. I added my own flair: fresh parsley, and mushrooms (because I am obsessed with mushrooms. But I will say, I wish they had told me to saute the onions ahead of time. Its almost like they were too strong and uncooked. It wasn't horrible though, I still ate every last bite!

This is an excellent recipe. I made a few tweaks to suit our tastes and accommodate the ingredients we had on hand. I used skim milk instead of half and half, frozen broccoli (drained and chopped in small bits instead of spinach, and cholesterol-free mayo instead of regular mayo. Like other posters said, it's good to bake the crust for about 7 minutes before you add the filling; it keeps it from getting soggy. I planned to serve leftovers tomorrow, but my husband loved it, so not much of it is left! It was delicious.

This recipe is a go to, no fail quiche! I double the recipe and make them every Christmas as it always is one of the requests for my menu. I typically use leek, spinach and swiss in one and blanched broccoli and cheddar for the second. I also cook them the night before and pop them in the oven to reheat for brunch the next day and this works out perfect saving time without sacrificing flavour. Yum!

This was my first attempt at making quiche and it was really good. A definite keeper! I doubled the recipe and used two regular sized pie crusts. The kind in the refrigerated section that are rolled up. On the advice of previous reviewers I put the crusts in the over for about 7 minutes and it was crispy and yummy. I substituted the mayo with plain greek yogurt. I poured the egg mixture, minus the spinach and cheese, into the crusts...don't forget to leave room for the mix ins....I had a bit of extra egg mixture left. I then added spinach and swiss to one. Not the whole box of spinach and don't forget to squeeze all of the liquid out! For the other one I microwaved bacon and crumbled it in and some cheddar cheese. They were both delicious but the bacon was my fave! Oh, and I cooked them for about 45 min.

This recipe was great. I didn't have spinach so I added a can of Hatch green chilies, and a pinch of allspice. Gave it a nice mexican twist.

I needed to make something this Saturday for Potluck at work and then for a Halloween party that night. For some reason Quiche came to mind. I have never made Quiche, but after reading the reviews I felt this was a great place to start. ...and I was right! Everyone at work and at the party said it was great. Due to everyone saying that the recipe made so much I knew that it would work for 2 regular pie dishes. I went ahead and added an extra egg just to be sure and the amount was perfect! I put in fresh chopped spinach, mushrooms, and onions. The cheese I used was a mozzarella and provolone mix. To give it a little extra something I used one of those flavored mayonnaise, the Tobasco one to be exact. I was a little afraid that it might be too spicy, but in the end it was just right. My cook time was an hour - I will be keeping this recipe handy all year round.

Really delicious and so easy! I love making Quiche, but more often than not the recipes are complicated and take forever. This recipe was very easy to follow and very easy to alter to whatever you feel like putting in your quiche. Definitely a keeper for those night when you just have no idea what else to make!

I've been making this quiche recipe for several years now. I just use the basic recipe then change up the fillings as the mood strikes. It always turns out awesome. One word of warning though. I used super fresh (that morning fresh farm eggs. The quiche rose so high that it blew off the outter crust. LOL Tasted awesome though.
