My husband wasn't too excited when I told him what I was preparing......the results......."It's probably the best quiche I have ever had!!!"

It was quick and easy compared to other recipes. As most cooks do I added to the recipe. To the egg mixture I added several drops of hot sauce for a little zing and I had fresh tomatoes which I added to the top half way through. This is a wonderful custard and I am anxious to use it as a base for other veggies and a variety of cheeses.

In our household it is a keeper.

I FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING THAT MY MOM & HUSBAND AGREE ON---SHE LIVES WITH US!!! I AM THEIR COOK AND EVEN I HAVE TO AGREE WITH THEM- AND NONE OF US AGREE ON ANYTHING. IT'S SIMPLE TO MAKE & THEY DON'T KNOW I DIDN'T SPEND HOURS IN THE KITCHEN. JUST SERVE IT WITH A SALAD OF YOUR CHOICE---I PREFER A FRUIT SALAD.

This was my very first attempt at making quiche and it was very simple to make and omg incredible tasting. Watching my neighbors kids and was simple enough for a 6 & 11 yr old to make it with little help.

This is the best and easiest quiche recipe I've ever tried. I used broccoli instead of spinach and added bacon too. I didn't have half and half so I used 2% milk and it was delicious!!

This is the only quiche that has ever turned out for me and tastes good. I have made it three times since. My husband even liked it.

Quick and easy is exactly what it is! A wonderful basic recipe that you can easily change ingredients up for a variety of flavors. Very, very, simple and turns out perfect. I doubled the recipe, added ham & mushrooms, and made 3 8" pies out of it. Perfect for freezing! A definite keeper.
