I made this for a recent Baby Shower and received rave reviews -- even from a self-proclaimed, "quiche conoisseur" who said it was delicious! I made mine with frozen chopped spinach (drained, sauteed onions and mushrooms with sherry and cheddar cheese. Be sure to add the flour as it will absorb any excess liquids. This recipe was very quick and easy. Try it!

I never made a quiche before and this one looked pretty simple. It was a breeze to make and my family loved it! I used finely diced yellow onion and sauteed it before adding it to the mixture and it added a great nutty flavor to the whole dish. I also used Emmentaler cheese (imported swiss and it was almost too cheesy for me - I will use less next time. I can't wait to try this basic recipe with varied ingredients.

i used fat-free half and half, egg substitute and low-fat cheese for a healthier quiche and it was just wonderful!

I served this to my family. It was a big hit. I added about 1 tbsp of fresh chives as well. It came out very fluffy and tasty. It was so easy to make.

I have never made quiche before but enjoyed it when family has, so I decied to try it myself. I was suprized by how very easy it really was. I added spinach and diced ham as well as three different kinds of cheese. My friends loved it and are requesting it for the next girls day away.

This was great and quick, but it needed a little more egg flavor! i used baby broccoli florets instead of spinach and added bacon, FAB!!!!!!

My husband and I made this quiche for a New Year's Day brunch and it was delicious and easy to make. We omitted the spinache and use diced ham - everyone loved it, even the toddlers in the group.

I have prepared this recipe many times and love it. I have always used fresh sauted spinach, instead of the frozen, 2/3 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese 1/3 cup of hot pepper cheese.
