This recipe was fantastic! The sauce was quick to throw together and tasted like heaven.

I am not crazy about using the grill so I simply covered the chicken in about half of the sauce and baked it at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, basting it about halfway through the cooking time with the sauce in the pan. The chicken came out moist and so flavorful!

I substituted Sauvignon Blanc for the Chablis and used a few chopped onions instead of shallots and the sauce was still to-die-for. The flavors are complex but not overpowering - even my toddler ate this chicken.
