Are we cooking for an army with just a slab of sea bass? I was just scrolling through "sea bass for dinner" and found this recipe....ingredients are correct, but the measuring and cooking method is so obnoxious. First of all, I'm Chinese, myself, and sea bass is my favorite fish. All it needs is salt and pepper and pan seared, I use bamboo steamers and the fish scent will absorb everything it comes in contact with, even your IKEA couches and throw pillows. Cook outside....move to Vegas, swing on a hammock in the backyard while dinner cooks itself.

Siulorlor- did you even read the recipe? The sugar doesn't go on the fish, it goes into the vegeables... it is an Asian dish afterall. Read BEFORE you review.
