I just KNOW it would have been better if I didn't have to use Alaskan snow crab surimi, haha. I recently moved and I don't have any measuring spoons or anything, so I pretty much had to guess at measurements (which I'm not that great at. I had almost all the ingredients and decided to make this is it still came out just wonderful. I like lemon juice on fish so I skipped the garnishing and used the juice on top, haha. I definately will be making this again... THE RIGHT WAY!

with any recipe! this was a very nice recipe and tasted like you would expect like I believe another reviewer mentioned. Careful not to dry out the flounder - do not overcook. A little old bay could help if that is what you like!

This was a hit with my boyfriend and now a regular on our menu. The stuffing is perfectly seasoned. LOVE IT!

This is an excellent dish! It takes a while, but it is well worth it. I substituted imitation crab, much cheaper and just fine.

Everyone raved about this when I cooked it as part of a seafood X-Mas eve dinner. You can double the seasonings if you want, but if you have REALLY good quality lump crabmeat, there's no need to.

I didn't follow the recipe exactly ... but the dish turned out wonderfully.
