Perfect! Used powdered ginger and garlic and it was still awesome!

This is such an easy recipe! Good results and quick! I only had rice wine vinegar, so I used that and added just a little more sugar. That worked just fine. I also used Gluten free soy sauce for a Gluten free Teriyaki!

I read the reviews for this sauce and figured that it was just what I was looking for. I followed the recipe EXACTLY how it was. This was the WORST thing I've ever put in my mouth ! I ended up flushing it down the toilet, And wasted my ingredients and my time. I use Food Network recipe's all the time and I love them all. I was so dissapointed with this one.

EASY AND DOESN'T REQUIRE A TRIP TO THE GROCERY STORE.... OH AND DELICIOUS :
This recipe was super easy and utilized things that I always have on hand : Perfect for impromptu dinners! I did use apple cider vinegar instead of rice wine vinegar, I don't know what the difference would've been but the flavor was great.
Also, I made it into the glaze and put it on burgers with grilled pineapple, delish! Only thing I'd recommend is letting it sit for about 10 min off the heat after simmering.. because it finally thickened in the middle of our meal, lol.

I have made some pretty good teriyaki sauce on my own but could never quite "nail it" Well, I just did with this one! I did add some crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, a little honey and Wow! Very easy to make and the ingredients are simple. We are having it on chicken with Yakisoba noodles tonight but look forward to grilling season with this recipe!

Tastes wonderful. The sweetness of this sauce combined with the saltiness of the noodles in my chicken teriyaki really made the dish! Its a keeper!!

I marinated a pork tenderloin in this sauce and grilled it. The flavor was wonderful and better than store bought sauce- plus, I always have the ingredients on hand.

I used a splash of regular white wine instead of the rice wine, garlic powder instead of crushed garlic and added the juice of an orange. It was soooo good. I've been craving teriyaki chicken and haven't been able to find a decent teriyaki sauce here in Scotland. This is WAY better than what you'd find at a store or restaurant!
