I was not optimistic when making this, the dough turned out super thick, like cookie dough. but once baked, it puffed up and came out nicely. I preffer my zucchini grated rather than chopped and I also used a bunt pan, rather than two loaf pans. I would use this recipe again.

I rarely bake, but had an abundance of zucchini and decided to try this recipe. My family couldn't wait to taste it because of the aroma it put out while it was baking. I followed the recipe exactly and the flavor and texture were perfect. I will make this again and again for family and friends.

This is SO good. I made muffins instead of loaves of bread. This recipe makes a kind of crispy crust on the outside, and the inside is moist & delicious. Tastes even better the next day, or a few days after being baked. Great with butter.

I forgot to add the spices and you would have never had know. I would have to say this is what I consider the perfect Zucchini Bread recipe.

This is wonderful. BAsed on previous suggestions, we added orange zest, applesauce, ground ginger and all-spice.

I took some of the advice from previous reviews... cut the white sugar to 1 C (plenty, added raisins, ginger and orange zest. I thought it came out good, but a friend commented that it was more like a spice bread. I didn't grow up eating zucchini bread, so maybe that is the problem.

This was a very quick and easy recipe. You can't taste the zucchini, just the cinnamon. It's very moist (be sure NOT to over bake and delicious served with cream cheese.

I made a batch of the zucchini bread dough and divided it into 2 halves: 1 mixed with chopped walnuts; 1 with semi-sweet chocolate chips. I actually like the one with chocolate chips more. Both loaves of bread were very moist and not very dense, but cake like.
