The Bloody Mary
- Freshly grated horseradish, optional
- 1 -ounce vodka, optional
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot red pepper sauce
- 5 ounces tomato juice
- Lemon wedge, or slice
- Salt and pepper
Combine ingredients in above order over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge or slice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Serving suggestion: Line highball rim with lime and dip glass into a plate of celery salt.
