It's been a long time since I've eaten at Sioux Sundries, but this was a neat burger!
And to reply to the 2008 comment, it was not named after the beverage 'coffee' but rather, "The Coffee Burger, created for and named after a local Harrison rancher"
Sorry if you feel that it's a horrible burger simply because it doesn't live up to your expectations. Those of us that live in the Panhandle of Nebraska and can remember eating at Sioux Sundries know just what good food and good memories there were to be had there. I'd love to have seen if you could have eaten one of the Coffee Burgers. I couldn't finish one. ^_^
