Ingredients
  • 2 pounds freshly ground beef
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 hamburger buns
Directions

Split ground beef in half making 2 (1-pound) patties. Place both patties on grill and cook through. Usually takes more than 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place three slices of cheese on top of the finished burgers on a regular sized bun.
