The mascarpone cheese makes these brownie moist. Don't overcook.

they were the worst tasting brownies that I ever made. I had to throw them all away not one person would eat them. They were sweet but just barely the frosting had no taste but bitter

This recipe is so decadent and delicious. I made it for my girlfriend's party and it was all the rave, my girlfriend is still asking me to e-mail her the recipe.
Next time I will put nuts in it though.

These brownies were easy to make and absolutely delicious! I would definetely make these again! The brownies are very moist and fluffy. The only thing is the ganache didn't turn out as creamy as I had hoped.

Excellent recipe! I took them to work and they were devoured by all. You must be a chocolate lover, because these are very rich. I think they're more suited to adult tastes, but kids should enjoy them as well (maybe just not as much.

These are so moist and dense and the ganache on top is to die for. Best Brownies I've ever had.

Since making these the first time I have made them over 4 times at the request of friends and family. I found them easy enough to make, especially asince their is no double boiler involved to melt the chocolate

mmmmmm, these were the best brownies i have ever eaten! despite my attempts to ruin the ganache by splashing vodka-cream pasta sauce in it (multitasking, of course, thereby requiring me to do that part again, it was beautiful. rich and chocolatey, not too sweet but very moist. you have not tried a brownie until you have eaten this one!

The title says it all. These brownies, with the chocolate ganache are a chocolate lovers dream. They are not difficult to make, neither is the ganache. They are rich, velvety, squidy and gorgeous. I promise you they will not last long in your household. The only modification I made? I put walnuts in them as I love brownies with walnuts.

I've made these brownies twice already. Once for a Christmas gift for someone, and then AGAIN for that person a few months later at a very relentless request. They're not exactly the healthiest brownies in the world, but they certainly ARE the BEST-EVER tasting brownies!! Just remember to let them completely cool before putting the ganache on...
