Awesome pancakes. My daughter found this recipe and made them for Mother's Day minus the blueberries and added a tablespoon of vanilla.

    EVERYONE went back for seconds.

Light, fluffy, good mouth feel, taste yummy, best of all super simple. Why use a mix when in the same amount of time you can have these?

Want them to be even faster? Just mix up your dry ingredients in a bowl the night before, then all you need to do is add the buttermilk, eggs and butter.

What are you waiting for? Go try them!!

Oh, and they make a great snack as left overs if you have any.

I made these pancakes for breakfast. My family and I agree that this is thee best buttermilk pancake recipe ever. They remind of something you would get at a quaint
Bed and Breakfast. Super easy to make.

I didn't put blueberries in the pancakes, but they were still delicious! Super soft and fluffy on the inside and just barely crunchy on the outside! Perfect!

I just made them for breakfast and my nieces loved it. It's my first time making them, but I have to say they came out perfect. They were nice and fluffy and tasted good even without the syrup, I will definitely be making them again. I will only make a half of the batter, because it was quite a lot for only 3 mouths.

These pancakes were GREAT! I made them exactly as stated, i was very careful not to over mix. Batter was lumpy, but they turned out light and fluffy. They didn't need any syrup, they were so delicious. I made a few with blueberries and a few with chocolate chips. Can't wait to make them again!
