I made these for the first time on my b-day & they were so awesome! They are the only blueberry pancakes that I will ever make. Whoever "Cookworks" are, Bravo! I thank you!!!

Since the cook's note cautioned against overbeating, I very gently mixed the wet and dry ingredients. The batter was a lot thicker than I'm used to, and I was expecting that it may not taste that great, but I'm so glad I was wrong. They tasted great and the blueberries just made it delish. Next time I will make a blueberry compote to go along with the recipe. Yum!

These pancakes are so fluffy and delicious! My kids just ate them right up. Better than in a pancake house!

If you like your pancakes tender and fluffy...this recipe is for you. So easy and oh so good! I was so pleased with my first time result in trying these pancakes from scratch. We added chocolate chips for our son, boysenberries for us...and they were amazing!!! I see lots of possibilities for additions (for example, diced strawberries and fresh basil -- or for the uber delicious "breakfast sandwich" pancake, try using two pancakes and "stuffing" the center with either a poached or fried egg, and two strips of bacon. Top with maple syrup and...well...you probably don't need to eat for the rest of the day! : Enjoy!!!

This recipe was delicious and will continue to use it for weekend breakfast. The pancakes are to fluffy and delicious. I have always had bad luck with pancakes but this recipe is a slam dunk! Just dot it! Even my picky Husband couldn't stop eating them. Thanks for the great recipe.

I have tried this recipe twice and it is both easy to put together and incredibly tasty. what gets me is how fluffy the pancakes are. I played around with adding more buttermilk to make it a little thinner and it worked out really well to my liking. I further thinned it out and made crepes which were just incredible.

    Loved it!

I tried these for the first time as a surprise breakfast in bed on Valentine's day! Absolutely perfect! It was so easy to do that I was like a ninja in the kitchen and she never woke until she smelled them under her nose. The look on her face was priceless and I even nailed the presentation for a great Valentine's Day opener.
I will never go instant again! Really inexpensive, and superior to any and all pancake mixes of the past. I also saved the remaining batter and used the rest 2 mornings later and still came out perfect! A must try tomorrow morning!

Light, fluffy, moist, tender, juicy - how many delicious words can I use to describe how perfect these came out? Topped with sliced strawberries, warm REAL maple syrup and a side of thick cut bacon. WOWZA! I love breakfast
