These are great pancakes! I usually halve it and it turns out just as well. I heat the buttermilk in the microwave for 30-40 seconds to get it room temperature so the melted butter doesn't harden once it's added.

I didn't have buttermilk so I used whole milk and I added lemon and orange zest. I think they would have been better with buttermilk.

These were nice and fluffy. I doubled the recipe and boy did it make a lot. I have another favorite pancake recipe that I use when I don't have buttermilk. That recipe has you sour the milk so you don't have to buy buttermilk. This will be the recipe I make when I do have extra buttermilk to use up.

These pancakes are SUPER YUMMY, my family couldn't get enough of them so I had to make another batch! They're buttery, fluffy, and oh so scrumptious! The amount of sugar is perfect, tastes great with/without syrup!

Awesome pancakes. My daughter found this recipe and made them for Mother's Day minus the blueberries and added a tablespoon of vanilla.

    EVERYONE went back for seconds.

Light, fluffy, good mouth feel, taste yummy, best of all super simple. Why use a mix when in the same amount of time you can have these?

Want them to be even faster? Just mix up your dry ingredients in a bowl the night before, then all you need to do is add the buttermilk, eggs and butter.

What are you waiting for? Go try them!!

Oh, and they make a great snack as left overs if you have any.
