I didn't put blueberries in the pancakes, but they were still delicious! Super soft and fluffy on the inside and just barely crunchy on the outside! Perfect!

I made these tonight for dinner. Very quick to put together, and they are incredible! First time making from scratch pancakes and I couldn't make them fast enough for everyone. The fluffiest, tastiest and melt in your mouth pancakes ever!

I just made them for breakfast and my nieces loved it. It's my first time making them, but I have to say they came out perfect. They were nice and fluffy and tasted good even without the syrup, I will definitely be making them again. I will only make a half of the batter, because it was quite a lot for only 3 mouths.

These pancakes were GREAT! I made them exactly as stated, i was very careful not to over mix. Batter was lumpy, but they turned out light and fluffy. They didn't need any syrup, they were so delicious. I made a few with blueberries and a few with chocolate chips. Can't wait to make them again!

Quite possibly the best buttermilk pancakes I have ever made. This will be my staple recipe going forward. I made it without blueberries, but other than that I did exactly what the recipe stated. Remember, pancakes are baking so you must adhere to the recipe exactly for quality assurance. The batter will be quite lumpy, but do not be alarmed! They cook out perfectly. If you follow directions to a science and do NOT over-mix, you should have tasty, tangy, family favorites.

These pancakes are delicious! My family loved them, and even my 8 year old picky eater said they were the best pancakes ever. They are nice and fluffy, a little sweet, and just melt in your mouth! My daughter does not really like blueberries though, so I made some plain without the berries, a couple with chocolate chips, and a few with bananas with strawberry topping. All variations were great! Definitely a keeper!

I use quite a few of the recipes found here, this one will easily go into the "not to use again" list. There was nothing special about these pancakes, they did not impress even a little bit. The batter did come out lumpy but when cooking even on low they burnt before they were done. Not good!

Made as is, my batter came out almost as a dough and I needed to add half a glass of water. Try adding a 1/4-1/2 a tsp. of Madagascar vanilla extract to add extra flavor and aroma.
