I have made these over 20x. They are great! They turn out just like the fluffy ones you get at a pancake house every time. Thanks for the great recipe. I add a teaspoon of vanilla and never but fruit in mine. Check out FoodieBecomesHer dot com if you want to see the step by step of how I make this recipe.

Great recipe, the pancakes came out thick and fluffy. I mixed in an old mushy banana and used 1cup whole wheat flour with 1 cup all purpose.

Very good. Fluffy without going through the trouble of whipping egg whites. Definitely will make again.

This was my 1st time making pancake ... EVER! I don't even like to eat pancakes. And i found these are absolutely heaven's delight. Used salted butter b/c that wat i got, a little less sugar, but it was all good. The frozen berries were a litto sour so it worked out well. My bf's niece had four herself. I even ate 4 myself & brought 2 for my co worker, (she loved it as well. I can't believe I want some more of these delish pancakes ASAP!!!!

I never review but this time I had to:- These are delish!!! I’m a pretty good cook but don’t really have the patience for breakfast so we normally go out to our favorite brunch/breakfast place for pancakes but since we live in a tourist area and you can even get in the doors this time of year I decided that since I had some extra buttermilk I would to try making pancakes again, wait for collective groan and sounds of fridge opening and closing to see what else we have as they remember the awful attempts in the past! I can't believe (and my family can't either how fabulous these were! Made some with blueberries and some with mangos. They were light and fluffy and not heavy at all - as good as the restaurant or so I overheard. Will be making these a lot in the future - my family thanks you FN!!!
