    My family is really big on Authentic Caesar salad, and they all loved this recipe. Tastes like it is much harder to make than it actually is; it only takes about 10 minutes.

    This is a great caesar dressing recipe! It was so easy to make at the last minute. I used 1/2 and 1/2 instead of whipping cream.

    I love the fact that this recipe includes the classic ingredients of capers, anchovies, and lemon. The salad is delicious and creamy and tangy, everything a Caesar salad should be!
