I was weary of the savory waffle route, but this recipe didn't let me down. Followed the recipe, and added some asparagus to the plate for some color. The fresh thyme really pulled it all together.

This is a splendid, simple quick dinner. The waffles are superb. It has become a Family Favorite!!
