    I've made this twice and both times my guests raved about it. Having 5 lbs of shrimp shells for the stock is the only problem I encountered. But I store them in my freezer now.

    This recipe was fabulous! I made a much simpler shrimp stock by just using the shells, wine, water, and garlic because I was short on time and it still came out wonderful. It also received rave reviews from my boyfriend who is a very picky eater. I will make this again, often!

    Made it for a dinner get together. We simply loved it. Great flavor. Ecellent combination with shrimp, tomato, and risotto.
