I loved this turkey and so did everyone that was here for Thanksgiving. My favorite part was the gravy.. I have always had a hard time making gravy, and this was easy and it was so wonderful. I would suggest this to everyone that likes turkey!

Moist turkey breast has been my "Holy Grail" for the past 30 years. This recipe really delivered! I altered it only slightly to include some citrus in the cavity and herbed butter under the skin. Very easy and delicious!

The turey was wonderful and the gravy was perhaps the best tasting I have had, though, following the recipe exactly, it was quite runny. It might be that the turey I used was a bit small so it cooked a bit fast and didn't there was too much juice to begin with. (I didn't even add the water it called for. Still, it was wonderful!

This turkey turned out perfectly. I have never had such a juicy, tender perfect turkey in my life. All I did was follow the recipe and it was divine! I will never roast another turkey without this recipe at my side. I highly recommend the recipe, followed to a T! Add a half hour extra for each 4 extra lbs beyond 12 lbs at 50 degrees higher after the final basting, before browning stage. FABULOUS!!! Everyone raved!
