Yummy! I only had a 10 oz package of goat cheese but that was plenty. I will definitely make this again and again!

This recipe is such a winner. I made it with low fat ricotta cheese (instead of goat cheese to make it a bit more affordable and healthy. (But, I will also try it with goat cheese in the future. The fresh red bell pepper was quick & easy to roast drizzled with olive oil, and adds a wonderful, subtle taste. Everyone kept saying how "fresh" this spread tasted.

I'd never made crostini before. Could not believe how easy and fast it was. Used a flavorful, seeded baguette. I may never buy chips and dip again!

I just made this, and it is delicious. I was giving it a test run before I made it for Thanksgiving. I will definitely be serving this on turkey day!

So nice to be able to really enjoy a food show without music drowning out the chef. This recipe was a big hit !!!

This recipe is fabulous!! I made it for a trip to the winery and it was all gone by the end of the day. I added a little bit of cream cheese to make it a little creamier and used store bought crostini to save time. I highly recommend this recipe to everyone.

Decided to try this recipe for a Super Bowl party. Used only 10 oz cheese - the store only had one large log of the goat cheese in stock. I started with reduced amounts of the other items since I dud not have a full pound of the goat cheese. I ended up using the full amount of items that was called for the 1 lb of goat cheese, plus extra artichokes. We liked it better this way.
It was enjoyed very much at our party.
