    Very good and easy to follow recipe. Soup can be stretched with a little extra chicken stock. I used non-fat, low sodium stock and fat free half and half (instead of heavy cream. With the jalapenos to spice it up, the fat was not missed!

    This soup was wonderful. The jalepeno pepper gives it a little kick of which I really enjoyed. Also very easy to make!
