I changed up the recipe slightly. I had buttermilk instead of the milk and it gave a much needed richness; i also did whip egg whites, i just added the 2 eggs whole. It wasn't very chocolately, but you could taste it; if you want it to be more chocolately just add some chocolate chips and some more cocoa or something. I used his raspberry sauce with this and it was excellent!! I really enjoyed these waffles for breakfast.

I prepared the recipe as written, but the batter was very watery. I added another half cup of flour, which gave the batter the right consistency. I sampled the first waffle, and it wasn't chocolatey enough and tasted too much like eggs. I added an additional teaspoon of vanilla, 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar and one third cup of cocoa. They came out perfectly after the additions.
