I prepared it and it was all right but I think I messed up. What does the recipe mean by "", turn around and cook for another 6 to 7 minutes ??. Does it mean to flip the filets, rotate the pan 180 Degrees, or bake for another 6 -7 min. I don?t know so I flipped them, but that can?t be right.

I prepared this dish last night, and my family devoured it (and they're not partial to fish. The lemon and garlic flavors are sumptuous, the seasonings perfect. My only problem--and perhaps I misread the directions(?-- was that the breadcrumbs topping the fish fillets became soggy after turning halfway through broiling. So... after cooking the flip sides, I once again turned the fillets serving-side up, sprinkled a few more breadcrumbs on top, and broiled an additional two minutes to crisp them up. Worked fine. I'll definitely be making this again.

I tried this recipe today for dinner. I made half the amount and it turned out delicious. I also did not have the fresh bread crumbs and used the Panko and it worked well. My husband and I just loved it!

This was excellent. Since I had no fresh breadcrumbs I had to use Panko crumbs. Worked beautifully..

Fantastic flavors. A family that never ate catfish in the past, now has this in our weekly rotation. It may look complicated but once you make the Bayou Blast, it will last you for months. Also great on chicken.

This is so simple and excellent for a crowd Got major thumbs up from my guests.
Important that you use good bread for the crumbs,
We don't get catfish in New Zealand I used snapper instead...perfect.
