    Visually stunning, crisp and flavorful, and so easy even the worst cooks in America could successfully execute the recipe. This dish made me look as if I had way more skill in the kitchen than what I actually possess. Great with lamb, BTW-Thank you for that recipe Barefoot Contessa!

    Great Recipe! Simple and low calorie if you cut the butter in half or substitute a low calorie margarine. This recipe will be used a lot in my kitchen! Thanks Emeril :

    Delicious, quick and simple. Thank you Emeril . The only hitch was making the ice bath. But I then added the butter , salt and pepper and it was perfect .

    Simple and delicious indeed. Right now, I need to follow an anti-candida diet and sometimes my food options seem rather limited. But after trying these quick and tasty haricots verts today, they already turned into a nice addition to my low-carb food options. Thanks, Food Network!

    I was not familiar with haricots verts previously but after finding them at Trader Joe's and following this recipe, there will never be another green bean or a different recipe for them in my kitchen again. These were a smash hit New Year's Eve and many meals since!
