- 1 cup 70- 90 ( very small ) cooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
In a bowl combine ingredients and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve atop the butternut squash soup.
