Actually served with a Southwest Dinner and several guests scooped it up as a side dish. Everyone loved it. Loved it!!!

AT LAST !!!!!!!!! A great show you can enjoy without a marching band blaring out the host. A really good combination of chip and dips. You can relax and enjoy this show .

The Cilantro leaves are a nice touch. It's a simple recipe with lots of flavor and plenty of zip.

This is not just his recipe - Texas Caviar comes in many...many...many ways. I got a "Texas Caviar" recipe from a friend who got it from a diateticion. That recipe calls for two different kinds of canned beans and a can of white corn - veggies your call (pepper/pimentos/onions/celery or?? and the dressing is red wine vinegar/sugar/oil and is such a wonderful flavor - I find the vinegar to be to sour.
