    I love mushrooms, so I always have them on hand. This is a wonderful recipe! It's not difficult and it's full of flavor. It complimented the Endive Gratin perfectly, but this dish would be good with almost anything. Thanks for another terrific recipe. I love your show!

    I made this salad today for a side dish. I had a bunch of mushrooms on hand so I tried it. Very nice salad!
