This caught my eye when watching the show and had an opportunity to make it last night for a dinner party. Everyone absolutely loved it. I had a little problem with my crust tearing but with a good quality vanilla ice cream and the chocolate sauce, no one cared that the crust was broken. We thought the lemon and raspberry were perfect together. Will make again and again.

A recipe that's great for the junior chef to help with. Fast, easy and fun to make.

A nice quick recipe and fun to make. The raspberry and lemon together tasted a little odd to me, though that might have been the lemon curd I used. I'll defintely try again with out the lemon.

What a great and fun recipe! I impressed my in-laws and an 8 year old serving these for desert! This is a keeper!
