    I also made this dish as an entree, but marinaded it for a few hours instead of just 30 minutes, and it was so moist and tender that no sauce was required. It was delicious! Plan on about 30 minutes of baking, though.

    re-invented this recipe as entree, served thicker slices of pork piled with the onions. stuffed campari tomatoes with goat cheese mixture as a side dish. marinade made for a tasty, tender, moist piece of pork. definitely needed some sort of sauce though
