It sounded good, but I wasn't sure how it would "really" turn out. Nevertheless, I tried it anyway. It was absolutely delicious!!! This will be a dish I plan to repeat often! Great job, Aaron!

Like other comment warnings, make sure to not over cook/boil the potatoes to avoid them from falling apart when you wrap the bacon. Also, make sure to place toothpicks vertical to potato to avoid trouble flipping when frying.

I substituted regular chopped onions and even garlic for the scallions. I have even used olive oil and they have turned out great each time!

This was an awesome side dish. It was even better as leftovers.

I rated this recipe before but they would only let me give it 5 stars and dang it I think it's worth 10 stars so I'm rating it 5 stars TWICE! This recipe is good enough to make your husband fall in love with you all over again...

This recipee is fantastic! I made them and they LOOK JUST like they did on the episode! They are tasty and easy to make! Listen to the tips on not overboiling. Consider leaving the skins on - or mix it up - skins on/ skins off on one plate to have your guests pick which they like best. Make more than you need - guaranteed you will "taste" more than one before you serve them! Wlell done Aaron!

These were AMAZING potatoes! The second I bit into them, I was in potato heaven. I was definately bored with the same old potato routine. Thanks Aaron! I will definately be trying more of your recipes!

These are great. The only complaint my sons had was that there wasn't enough. I even doubled the recipe. Takes a little work but WELL WORTH IT. Just be careful not to overcook the potatoes. Try chilling them in the refrigerator first to make the firmer/easier to wrap. Go Aaron!

These are great! My kids request them all the time. I do agree with the other reviewers, it is key not to cook the potatoes too long.

I overcooked my potatoes so they fell apart. Also, wrapping each piece in bacon (I doubled the recipe is a bit too tedious for me! So, I ended up just browning up the bacon and potatoes and then tossing them with the butter mixture. Everyone enjoyed them! I think I may try roasting the potatoes next time - they tend to not fall apart on me. Overall - the dish was delicious!!
