These potatoes are delicious! It takes a few minutes to prepare, but the taste is wonderful. Slightly sweet. My whole family really enjoyed them. I served this with Paula's Bacon Cheese Burger Meatloaf and a veggie stirfry and it made a great meal.

The key to this recipe?s success is the parboil step, don?t over cook the potatoes or else they will fall apart when wrapping with bacon. Also when inserting toothpicks make sure to place them length wise (parallel to the potato wedge or else you won?t be able to pan fry them on all sides.
This was a crowd pleaser. No way around it, this one will take some time but the payoff is huge.

Delicious and easy to make. It did take me a little longer to make as I'm not too fast with the wrapping the bacon and securing with toothpicks. The sauce was good but I would probably go with less butter and more honey the next time I make these. I fixed 2 potatoes for 3 people but would recommend planning for more potatoes as these go REALLY fast...we all wanted more.

Made it for the first time tonight for my family and it was really good and easy to make. I will make this again.
Tip: when boiling the potatos don't over cook them, it will fall apart when your trying to wrap the bacon. I also did not use the frying oil due to the fat/oil from the bacon.

This was just incredible. It really gave a delicious and interesting flavor to a potato. My family raved about it. I was thrilled to find Aaron's recipe on here! Yes I agree Aaron is a food network star, especially here in my kitchen!

These were completely off the chart.I made them during a trip to visit family and the only comment was that I didn't cook enough. I have to work on my cooking skillsa little to get them to look as nice as AAron's, but no one complained about the taste. I think the only thing I will do differently is drizzle the sauce over the wedges instead of toss them in it. THANK YOU AARON

This is perhaps the best Potato I have ever had... The combination of Honey Sauce and the Bacon potato is perfect.

These were fabulous. We loved the honey scallion sauce so much that we used it on the corn on the cob. My 11 year old has asked me twice to make these again. Thanks for the recipe Aaron!
