I had to put a review down. This recipe is very good. My husband is hard to please and he went back for more. I did not have scallions, but it turned out just fine without them.
Was not hard to prepare. I will definately make this again. I used veg. oil instead.

This was such a great option for a potatoe side! Absolutely a must try. The sweet with the salty works!

I loved these!!!! I made them with the Spicy New York Strip with the orange bourbon glaze and they went perfect together! The balance of sweet and savory and spicy was a hit on both!! HIs recipes are fantastic!!! Now all he has to do is make a dessert and I can' have a whole Aaron McCargo meal!!!

    Luv, Luv, Luv this recipe....
Aaron You Rock !!! This was great, I served it as an appetizer along side a hamburger steak. It was so convenient because I had all of the ingredients in my pantry. Parboiling the potatoes is key; I chose to bake mine on a rack in the oven and they turned out great, the dipping sauce was a nice balance to the dish I added a fex pepper flakes for heat. This is a winner....

My husband made these last night and they were really delicious. The dish was a wonderful blend of sweetness and savoriness.

They are a little labor intensive (it seemed like Aaron made these in no time flat! but totally worth it. Next time we will probably serve the sauce mostly on the side - it did not really "glaze" the potatoes but acted more like a dipping sauce.

This was really good with the grilled steaks and chicken I did. I can't wait to try it again with grilling instead of frying and playing up the sauce with a little kick.
