    This was not good. You pan fry not deep fry chicken. Where is the parmesan in this recipe?

    Just finished eating Aaron's Chicken Parmesan for dinner, and I just had to tell him how much I enjoyed his recipe. The meat was tender and juicy, the sauce that I purchased was an excellent accompaniment, and the white sauce was, to my suprise, a very good addition to the marinara sauce. I will definitely keep this as a meal to go to. Thank you Aaron and please keep up the great work !

    I made this for a few friends...It was fantastic!!! I didn't use the white sauce though(seemed too fussy. I used Italian seasoned Panko. Everyone enjoyed it...it was even great the next day though not as crispy!! Aaron is awesome ...his recipes never disappoint!!!

    This is my very first real course meal. It was excellent. I didn't use the white sauce and received rave reviews. My next try will be his recipe for ribs.

    I can't believe all of the 5 star reviews. 1. Deep frying..not necessary a quick pan saute in EVOO much better. 2. Store bought marinara sauce..he's got us making a white sauce that's more complex to make why none your own marinara. 3. The recipe is titled "Chicken Parmesan" but has no Parmesan chesse in it? 4. For a drizzle of white sauce that recipe makes way too much. Sorry but this is a 2 star recipe.

    I found this recipe by chance doing a search. I was surprised by my family's response. They really enjoyed it, as did I. The flavor of the chicken is excellent. The texture is awesome with the Panko. I was asked a few times after the first time I made it if I was going to make it again. Well I did tonight. It is definately a family favorite. I did not do it with the white sauce...maybe next time.

    Chicken came out moist and the crust was incredible but the sauce needed to be doctored a lot more.

    This was a fantastic recipe. The only modification that I would make is to use about half as much salt as is called for - but this may be a personal preference. The white sauce was also awesome and added a nice rich flavor to the acidic red sauce (I used Emeril's best basic red sauce recipe. Quick and easy!

    The seasoning really made this outstanding. Didn't deep fry it though but just enough oil and then turned it over and cooked the other side. Also used my own marinara. But the chicken-Wow what can I say. AAron you really scored with this one. And by the way LOVE, LOVE, LOVE YOUR NEW SHOW. You are terrific and so is your food.
