I made this for Father's day- It was a big hit with the whole family. The kids didn't like the creme Fraiche much, so I put it on the side, so they could choose. It was easy and very tasty! We loved it!

I really looked forward to trying this recipe, and was disappointed in how salty it was. I made two batches because the first one was way too salty. The second time I used less than a pinch of salt and it was much better. Overall, I liked it, and the honey creme fraiche was a nice touch.

This recipe was very tasty and easy to make. The honey creme fraiche was fantastic. I could not find lavender honey so I used tupelo honey instead.

I made this today (even the creme fraiche was made from scratch. My family all really liked it. The only thing I would change was the amount of salt. I would put 1/2 tsp. salt instead of the 1 tsp. listed. The honey creme fraiche really makes this dish! We will be making this again for sure.
