I'm not a "rum" fan, but LOVE my bourbon... only used 1 tsp brown sugar and it came out FANTASTIC. Can't wait for Guy's show.

I really liked this dish and used it as an appetizer for a dinner party...to rave reviews. The first time I made them, I followed the recipe exactly; I agree with other reviews that there was a tad too much brown sugar...so, I cut the amount in half and doubled the jalapeno (like 'em spicy. This is something I definitely will make often!

I immediately had to try this recipe. We served it with tortillas, refried beans, shredded cheese and sour cream. Wonderful!

My wife thinks that his recipe is a hit. I think that this recipe and all of the others he has is what has inspired me to be a great cook inside the house also! Picks the American Chopper of cooking!
