    I love sushi in general, but this is a fantastic way of taking a means of presentation and putting stupendous flavor kick into it.

    Awesome recipe, flavor and use of ingredients. Ten points for originality and presentation. I crave these and just have to make them sometime. Wonderful on game day for the guys.

    I live in Guy's hometown and I absolutely love this roll, not to mention his entire restaraunt! This is the best, you really need to give it a try!

    I read all the above bad reviews and I think its sad because this is a wonderful thing to to eat. I am originally from Guys home city and now live in Hawaii. His recipe is something I always look forward to when I get back to California and I think you should try it before you dis it!!!!
