I used breakfast sausage and a giardenairre mix instead of jalapenos. reg onion instead of red. pepper jack and cheddar on top. a little bit of diced chili ready tomatoes and then served with a dollop of sour cream.
It was good. I could have cooked the eggs a bit longer..but don't know if it was my stove or the recipe. I will make again.

This was a really good recipe, I really liked it and it make up really well - very easy. It can also be made just as easily without the chorizo so that it can be made vegetarian (if you want the heat still then you can add some red pepper flakes. delicious.
