I made these quesadillas & they were a huge hit! My hubby said they were better than at the local restaurant. :

This recipe is the best! I followed the recipe exactly and they came out great! I thought that I made too many for my family but before I knew it they were gone! Much better than a restaurant.

This recipe was a huge hit with all my guests! Even the kids loved it. I couldn't find a "latin seasoning packet" so I used 1/3 cup of a spanish blend seasoning I found in the spices section. Delicious!

I made this for the girls after our pilates routine, it was a winner. I used wheat pita wraps, it was excellent. The wine gives everything a kick, and puts a nice twist on this dish

Better than any mexican I have ever had in a resturant. Doesn't taste like homemade. I used hot taco seasoning instead of latin seasoning?? Turned out yummy needed a drink nearby so next time I will use regular mild taco seasoning. It calls for a lot of onion 1/2 is plenty. But my favorite recipe I have tried so far. I will hide this one up my sleeve when we have company:
